Stationary bike for weight loss?6 days so far!?
I recently bought a stationary bike and everyday i have been riding it for 30 minutes.Iv been doing this for 6 days so far and i haven't noticed any change in my weight.I weigh 180 and im 5'3.I have been dieting also iv cut down on my portions and have been eating healthier.How long will it take to see results?Should i start doing the bike longer?

Yeah dieting is a big part of losing weight. The most important is losing fat. Eat plenty of healthy calories and ride the bike (if that's what you like) in intervals. Go hard/threshold pace for 5 minutes then easy for 2 minutes then hard pace again for a total of 30 minutes - 1 hr. Switch on and off and switch it up between days. That way you will see results faster than if you just did steady pace for an hour or whatever. Work your way up and do some situps/pushups to help tone.

Is this amount of weight loss even possible for 6 days?
I weighed myself last friday and it was 133 lbs. (I am 5'9) I weighed myself today and it said 123 pounds. *I weighed myself at about the same time both days *I drink a lot too, before weighing myself for the 2nd time. I've only been eating about 600-700 calories everyday since friday because I have been ill. Is that even possible to lose in 6 days?

Noticeable Weight Loss in 6 days?
If I only ate 1,200 calories a day and did 100 jumping jacks every 20 minutes that I'm awake for 6 days, would it look like I have lost at least a tiny tiny bit of weight??? Please answer and if not, let me now what to do to look like I have lost at least a little weight.

how much weight could you possibly lose in about six days is you dont eat or drink anything but water?? p.s. i know this isn't healthy. and i didn't say i was doing it. i was just wondering.

You would maybe lose a pound of real weight. The rest would be water weight which you would regain immediately.
