Best way to get in shape and lose weight in 60 days?
I need to be able to do about 55 sit-ups 55 push-ups run a 1 1/2 in around 13:30 minutes and have a 35 to 37 inch waist in about 60 days currently waist is around 39, any suggestions?

My goal is to lose between 40 and 50 lbs in 60 days. My current weight is 175lbs, but I look about 150lbs. ( I know my weight is very unhealthy) My current routine is running a mile a day and eating mostly fruits and vegetables and eating seafood and fish for protein. I am 5'1 and my breasts measure at a 38DD , is there any natural way to reduce my breast size? Any tips on how to become leaner or lose more than 50 lbs within a 60 day time period, is it realistic?

you are too slim to lose that much in this period of time. Only very big, oversized people are advised by doctors to do so, because they risk a heart attack otherwise. You best bet is about 3-4 months. When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. If i counted right there are 66 days until Christmas... how much weight can be lost in this amount of time in a healthy manner?
