How much weight can I lose in 3 weeks?
I'm not looking for anything drastic, I just want to know if I can lose weight in 3 weeks (even 5 or 6 pounds would be OK). I'm 17 years old, vegetarian, 5'4", 150 lbs, muscular build. Any tips?
Up to 3 pounds a week, ususally 2, the rest would be water weight anyway and would come right back on. If you cut out 150 calories, such as an unhealthy snack, and get in 30 minutes of exercise you will lose weight and keep it off. But check with your doctor since they know you best, you may not have any weight to lose!

Sorry love, but you will probably need to go buy a need dress. If you do it healthy and you workout everyday- hard and eat healthy the most you can expect to lose is about 5 pounds. To fit into the dress you would need to lose inches, not pounds and unfortunately that takes time. It also depends on how much you need to lose. If you fit into your dress but it is a little snug, then some exercise wouldn't hurt. But if you can't even get into the dress then forget about it. I hope it works out for you.
